CURRENT WORKING POSITION: Presently working as Engineer 1st In charge (From march 2010) of Cement Grinding and packing Unit and looking after Maintenance and mechanical operation of the Four Ball Mills, seven packer and concerned equipments.

Responsible for –

* Achieving maximum mechanical equipment availability as per annual business plan.

* Practicing best technical, safe and environment activities.

* Any break down in section

* Any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and any incidents

Activities are :-

* Man power planning for shutdowns

* Equipment inspection

* Preventive and pro active maintenance

*Planning and execution for improvement jobs in the section/ plant.

Equipment details in the section

* Ball Mills from “Fuller KCP Limited” Capacity 150tph (4.8 m dia & 14 m Lg) with O’sepa N-4000 separator, central drive MAAG gear CPU 38.

*Two mills “BWI/Krupp Polysis” Capacity 120tph and 120tph ( 4.2 m dia & 15 m Lg ) with Osepa N-3000 separator, girth gear twin drive with Elecon engg gear box SBN 800 .

* 80 tph wet flyash dryer with complete system, ESP, elevator, belt,process fan, bag filters, conveyors etc

* Dry fly ash unloading tipplers and conveying systems,PD pumps, compressors, blowers,pumps etc.

* 6/8 spout single discharge Enexco packers four nos with ETL chain elevator and systems.

* The Major jobs involved in Ball Mills are Replacement of Grinding Parts i.e. Shell Liners, Head Liners, Diaphragm liners. Diaphragm structure; Replacement of slide ring seals, slide shoe bearings, trunion bearings. Mill inlet tyre (slide ring).

* Compressure,piston,screw,lobe blower, water pump,klin,cooler, raw mill, gypsum-limestone –coal- crusher,reclaimer,staker,water treatment,ball mill,belt conveyor, apron conveyor,weigh feeder,air blower,CA fan,ID fan,Steam boiler,heat exchanger,moisture drier,packers.cement,heat exchanger tube and plate type, oil pump, rotary air lock, air condition, bucket elevator, hydraulic machines,aeropole operation,bulker unloading,truck trippler,apron conveyor, screw conveyor, silo maintenance,preheater lining, rotary feeder,shapper –lathe-drill machine,truck trippler,cooling tower, lubrication unit, water spray unit, grease spray unit, mechanical vibrator.

OTHER ACTIVITIES CARRIED OUT:-

* As an Engineer, erection and commissioning,job carried out of a ball mill (BWI/ Polysius make) for cement grinding along with complete circuit such as bucket elevators (Mahindra make),sepole separator (BWI make), ID fans for separator and mill venting, bag filters and fans, and other equipments, wet fly ash reclaimer and stacker CIMMCO make, and L&T make gypsum crusher.

*As Shift engineer mechanical for operation and maintenance of centre line; Loesche VRM 450 tph, Rotary kiln (Dia: 4.75 Mtrx75 Mtr Length, Capacity=400-500 tph) FLS with L&T.,Folax Cooler (Four under grates, capacity=4500 tpd) with modified IKN Kids and energy efficient cooler fans.

*As Maintenance engineer for Mechanical maintenance of centre line ; Loesche VRM 450 tph, Rotary kiln (Dia: 4.75 Mtrx75 Mtr Length, Capacity=400-500 tph) FLS with L&T,Folax Cooler (Four under grates, capacity=4500 tpd) with modified IKN Kids and energy efficient cooler fans,

Four nos Cement mills ESP conversion into jet pulse filter bag house with m/s Clair consultant for design and contractor m/s Vernoj hi-tech right from planning to end of the project., Another aero pole replacement by bucket elevator for cement silo transport.LOESCHE ccoal mill classifier replacement / retrofitting by LNV classifier. Ball mill Polysius girth gear & replacement by new from M/s KCP

*Worked as maintenance in charge of Two no’s ball mills for cement grinding along with complete circuit and three no’s cement packers with circuit .

SPECIAL RECOGNITION BY JAYPEE GROUP:-

Selected as Future manager in FMC (Future managerial cadre ) Batch vi in 2012 after various written tests, GDs, interviews and interactions with higher management. Various functional and cross functional training obtained (In mechanical stream, Process, QC, HR, safety etc).

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

*Diploma in MECH. ENGG. From IERT In June 1999.

*Short term cad drafting six month
