RESPONSIBILITIES
To supervise a team of Engineers in Estimation/ Planning Dept. Review of Bid cost estimation and corporate planning schedule. Review and submit and follow up of Pre-Qualification documents for various client to get approval.
Have strong technical hands on estimation / MTO experience in any of the disciplines Viz., Piping, Civil. Establish and maintain basic procedures and organization for the Estimating/ Planning Department. Ensure adequate staff levels are maintained in the Department both in number and caliber by regularly reviewing manpower requirement and highlight to the Management for filling the position. Plan for the development and training of technical personnel. Establish estimating methods for each capital cost estimate and ensure efficient utilization of available manpower.
