Configuring pay scale structure and wage type structure - pay scale groupings and personnel groupings for personnel calculation rule (PCR) and collective agreement provision (CAP).
Defining payroll periods and pay days; creating wage type catalog and defining permissibility characteristics for each wage type. Assigning different payroll areas, pay scale types, pay scale areas and levels for different employee groups and subgroups.
Creating wage types and configuration of Basic Pay and control record for each Payroll Area. Configuring features to default payroll area, pay scale data and wage type model.
