1. Working as MEP-Senior Q.S in AE-ARMA-Elektropanc, Dubai from DEC 2015 to till date Responsibilities:
Responsible for the financial administration of the contract and for checking the contractor’s payment applications and verifying the amounts claimed by the contractor/subcontractor against agreed measurement records and suppliers invoices.
Take care of the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
Provide support on all financial and contractual matters throughout the course of the work in the project.
Make sure that all cost and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order by the QSs.
Finalize the Contractors monthly payment certificates with the assistance of the QSs.
Advise on measurement procedures and calculation of interim and final quantities.
