As Office Manager & Executive Assistant in Roberts Constructions, I ensure the smooth running of the head office on a day-to-day basis and manage a team of administrative or support staff. I am also responsible in organising meetings and implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
I started my career here in Dubai as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of the Property Management Division of Majid Al Futtaim for fourteen years. My experience in United Arab Emirates is wide within the Private sector. I am a very dedicated to continuous improvement and had over 33 years’ experience in the property management / construction / development / consultancy / project / program management / real estate industry.
Before I became a member of the Roberts Family I was working with RF Real Estate (ME) Consultancy LLC as the Operations/Office Manager, supporting the company establishing the business in Dubai from day 1 by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions and overseeing staff.
I worked as a Consultant at Dubai Airports – Strategy Planning & Development Unit. Maintaining shared drives, folders called BOX & NXUS, keeping live documents structured, organized and up to date. In-charge of setting up templates for trackers, e.g. communication Calendar Plan, project spending trackers, Gantt charts, and project schedules. Obtaining quotations from vendors & suppliers, processing I-procs, POs & invoices to and from vendors & suppliers. Supporting with NX events and communications, for e.g. supporting and organising logistics & planning. Chasing up people for information & updates. Reminders & following up on actions, for e.g. telephone calls & reminder e-mails. Preparing various power-point presentations in DA format, for e.g. Senior Management Board presentations & event and task updates. Supporting with ad-hoc tasks, for e.g. Operational Department Plans and Financial Planning support.
I was a Project Secretary/Document Controller for Mace International Dubai, under One Za’abeel Project for a Client Investment Corporation Dubai. I have gained and learned more in both consultancy and construction delivery roles.
I also operate the Conject collaboration platform service for the whole project bringing the Project Management, Consultants and Client’s core values and requirements to develop and set targets for improving the business operations and processes
I am passionate about getting involved from inception stage right through to project completion and has proven track record in successful delivery. I have worked in challenging environments, prestigious companies delivering fast track and high profile projects.

This experience has allowed me to be able to build myself confidence that I can drive along with further challenging position. I was a Project/Program Coordinator for Majid Al Futtaim under the project Oracle. I am responsible for monitoring all activities of the project’s program. This involved the execution plan and coordinating the delivery of the works.
Previously, I also worked for a consultancy company DTZ international as Office Manager. This role included management of the Dubai office to deliver extremely challenging administrative works such as dealing with suppliers to procure office supplies and furniture, preparing proposals for the Directors of Cost & Project Management teams to meet the high standards required on their particular projects, client reporting & administration and assisting HR & Finance Managers in their weekly & monthly reports.
