Leads a team of project services functions which includes project planning, cost control, estimating, procurement, contracts, document control and general administration in coordination with project senior staff, company relevant stakeholders and Contractor organizations.
Provides technical evaluation and analysis includes schedule review/analysis
& monitoring, schedule delay & analysis, schedule forecast, cost forecast, cost trending and budgeting, change management, procurement coordination, invoice processing, document/material control, and project reporting.
Lead tendering activities (including tender preparation, pre-qualification, bid evaluation and award)
Identify and analyze potential project problems and recommends corrective action and follow up on recommendations.
Motivates subordinates to meet project objectives; promotes communication and teamwork within group and project.
Implement integrated work management system and develop supporting procedures that meet client and internal stakeholder requirements
