My background includes performing a range of enrolment services and functions while driving office efficiency and maximizing productivity. I have worked as a consultant for students’ visa and work visa back home for 15 months (India). I was there as a senior consultant dealing with majority of hiring, documentation, record filing, data entry work as well as visa files. I have very good communication skill and throughout my work I learned how to hike enrolment graph by giving my clients better and best suitable advice through phone calls, emails or in person when needed. I was appreciated many times for maintaining clients detailed record by using MS Office (Excel). As a senior consultant I used to communicate with international representatives and send them client’s information, consultancy event/fair information and video meeting/conference schedule through email.

Moreover, I have enough knowledge with computer technologies, and I can easily learn new applications because that is what I did throughout my service in consultancy back home as well as my service in gas station as a cashier. I worked as a cashier at Esso Gas Station for 16 months (Oshawa – ON). While working at a gas station, I faced and dealt with different types of people so by that experience I learned to be calm, confident, and pleasant in pressure and difficult situation whether it is telephonic conversation or in person meeting. I am easily comfortable working with team or individual depending on the nature of a task. I did official training and internship at State Electricity Division for 7 months (India) where I learned the importance of being actively alert in each situation and working with caution. I always provide first preference to punctuality, legalities and sensitivity of work provided. I am sure my past work experience will help me work easily in this position.
