AIT November 2019- November 2020 for a 225 bed facility

Went through all the different departments of Nursing home to gain familiarity with how each one achieves their tasks

Very involved with the Survey process including organizing the survey preparedness binder, doing daily rounds and reporting to the correct department heads, writing POC’s and IDR for the 2567.

Procured PPE in the beginning of Covid-19, assisted with in service training of staff of washing hands, mask and gown fittings.

Implemented a communication system where families of residents would get Nursing Home Covid-19 updates in real time.

Established for the DON a system to keep track of staff and residents who were tested for Covid 19, and if positive when their 14 days were up
