Developed an Electronic payback form in PDF with use of electronic signing, which reduced paper and increased visibility to the approval process of supplier reimbursements.

Organized and Conducted supplier webinars targeting low performing suppliers by determining the suppliers root cause for the low performance for delivering outside the MABD window. Through this process, the supplier on-time delivery performance overall from 90.62% compliance to 91.73% compliance.
