Providing senior level clerical and administrative support for senior executives and other Government support the Front Office CAPE/PDD and their subordinate offices. Administrative support shall utilize the MS Office Suite to include MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Access, and MS Excel.

Effectively interacting with staff at all levels of government. It’s essential that providing administrative support for meetings, draft correspondence, and gather background information to support senior officials.

Management, international relations, international security, foreign affairs with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels of DoD and foreign governments.

Maintaining the calendars of office personnel and coordinate the daily activities and travel schedules to resolve conflicting priorities and requirements and ensure support for attendance at high profile meetings.

Providing administrative support for meetings, correspondence, and gathering background information to support senior official’s attendance at international meetings.

Answering the telephone and refer the calls to other responsible individuals within the office.

Processing incoming mail, including e-mail and facsimile, to route correspondence to the appropriate individual in the office for response and action
