Provide employee relations support for both unionized and employee association work groups; including completing monthly reporting, organizing labour management meetings, completing investigations and grievance procedures; and providing guidance on the overall administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Establish credibility and influence members of the management team as well as front line employees.

Consult with managers to assess resourcing requirements to develop and execute staffing plans with our Talent Acquisition Team, including execution of our Sales Intern and Sales Leadership programs.

Provide guidance to managers in the performance management process, along with HR program administration and interpretation to ensure PepsiCo policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.

Support the execution of health and safety initiatives. Collaborate with Disability Case Managers and other strategic partners (EHS) to manage and support STD, LTD, WCB and Return to Work
