Work closely with the Vice President of Show Management, Set Production, and Creative Services, to design and merchandise floor plans, creative displays, and themes for the Accessorie Circuit and Coterie exhibitions

Liaison between the UBM Operations Team and hired contractors, to handle show logistics, provide customer service and assistance to exhibitors, and see that productions run smoothly

Attend all days of the trade shows and troubleshoot issues on-site such as booth placement, cancellations, contract problems, emergencies, credits, and venue issues

Scout for new brands to feature in shows, and strategize to build and foster existing client relationships; 80% retention rate for client exhibitors. Traveled domestically and internationally to competitive markets for new business

Supervise the work of the Show Coordinator and Sales Manager; Report directly to the Vice President of ENK Shows

Conduct screening meetings weekly with a committee of retailers, bloggers and stylists two months prior to each trade show; Select samples to feature from over 100 varieties

Review Press Releases and Photography; Evaluate and prepare a comprehensive show analysis after each show to submit to the Vice President

Research current fashion trends, economic conditions, accessories industry performance and consumer preferences to be able to provide ENK with the best strategies for sales and business growth
