Hired to lead and develop the engineering department, accountable for EBITA and leading the engineering effort in the design of custom and standard ASME pressure vessels, foundry equipment, ladle preheaters, aluminum melting furnaces and custom fabrication design. Responsible for project management and product development, from concept through manufacturing.

$2.5 million in ROI from development of a new aluminum melter furnace.

Reduced Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by $30,000 on standard melters and reduced engineering costs by 40%.

Decreased aluminum melter installation costs by $15000 by utilizing the latest technological advances in combustion technology, while updating the design to incorporate ISO 13849-1 safety standards.

$500,000 in positive cash flow maintained for the duration of large projects.

Hired and developed over 90% of the engineering team.
