Conducting maintenance of Vessels, centrifugal pumps, compressor, metallic and non metallic pipes lines & valves for 86m3/hr capacity of DM plant.

Conducting overall maintenance of roaster acid and utilities, area ownership of Sulphuric Acid plant by using SO2 gas, byproduct of Roaster.

Installation & Commissioning:

Performing RCA and FTA for breakdowns and analysis for their overcome in future.

Conducting Condition Appraisal and FMEA of all most critical and critical equipments.

Managing installation and commissioning of various mechanical equipment as well as the machines to facilitate production.

Planning, executing, monitoring all erection works to ensure completion of project in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, cost targets and scheduling targets.

Quality Assurance:

Monitoring processes in line with various quality, environment and safety implemented in the plants to enhance process efficiency and overall product quality.

Conducting audits and maintaining relevant documents.

Maintaining and updating regular MIS reports for the purpose of reviews and utilization of information for further necessary action & reference.

Maintaining 5S in the designated Areas along with managing spare parts and ensuring significant improvement, modifications in the process.

Successfully installed 4 Nos. Pneumatic hammers (Kamwest Make) at Boiler and trouble free operation throughout the year, No Maintenance during the year, eliminate the chocking problem in that area of WHRB in primary Lead Smelter at DSC.

Successfully installed and resolved frequent failure of Acid Pumps (Chas Lewis) due to Ageing & High Cost Impact by developing Low Cost Chinese Pump for Acid duty Develop indigenous vendor for Chas Lewis make pumps.

Eliminated the RMH Vibrating Screen Frequent Chocking Problem by modifying the input conveyor discharge point (extended about 1 meter) and discharged material at centre.

Resolved Calcine Drum Cooler inside Leakage problem of high Cost Equipment (approx 4.00 Carores) by improving MOC and eliminating frequent leakage problem and developing indigenous vendor (L&T) with improved MOC of Inlet Chamber.

Resolved WHRB (40 TPH) Side wall Panel Leakage Issue by replacing WHRB Side Wall panels (4 Nos.).

Ensured 100% safety from mechanical/ electrical hazard and ensured that all the major work should have work permit by implementing all safety standards like PTW, LOTO, Scaffolding, Lifting & Shifting, PPE’s, Confined Space Entry, Work at Height, Hot Work and Vehicle Safety.
