I was contracted as an HSSE Consultant/Advisor via a UK based service and manpower provider from November 2019 - October 2020.

As a Cluster PMO I provided services for Shell Trading and Supply with the main focus on implementing the Construction Safety Improvement Program (CSIP). Complete HSSE project management was provided to include auditing, reporting, KPI monitoring, contractor management, contract management, behavioral based safety, etc. 2/2014 – 3/2014

HS Ocean Group, OIRM, rig re-fit yard, Contractor QHSSE Project Manager Re-fit and commissioning of a Drilling Contractors jack-up rig (MODU): Managed a team of 1 expatriate PTW coordinator, 1 expatriate document controller, 1 technical writer, 2 QA/QC’s, 2 QHSE expatriate Advisors and 3 local HSE Officer’s to support 24/7 yard operations. Some of the highlights included a complete revision of the Project HSE plan, and implementation of a daily supervisor’s safety meeting to control hazards of each job.
