Job Responsibilities

•Maintaining Management Information System and Reports

•Working as Management Information System by providing reports to the top management such as Staff update report, Local Recruitment Report, Overseas Recruitment Report, Visa Report, Sponsorship Report, Saudization report, discrepancy report,etc related to Human Resource

•Identifying the Vacancy requirement of trading stores by comparing the variance between current staff and Cost budget of the store

•Verifying and Update leave balance record of the employees in the files to match in the HRM system

• HR Payroll Responsibilities

•Posting of Attendance of employees in Oracle Software System

•Posting of Absent record of employees such as Annual leave, Sick leave,

Exam leave, authorize & unauthorized absences etc.

•Submitting copy of annual leave request to passport department for exit re-entry visa and travel department for flight ticket booking.

•Updating the Brand / Department and location of the employee in Oracle HRM System

•Holding the salary of the employees as per the requisition from the consent

•Reactivation of the salary from hold as per the proper documentation and the instructions from the management

•Posting of Warnings to the employee due to misbehaviour, Unauthorized Absentees and others as per approval by the management

•Submitting hardcopy of payroll to concern Brand Manger for payroll sign off

•Organizing the distribution of pay slips every month by region and by brand.

•Arranging pick-up of Overseas arrivals from Airport and Accommodation for first 15 days as per company policy

•Follow-up with Finance department for payment of Salary Advance as per company policy

•Submitting complete documents to payroll section for posting the candidate in HRM System and processing Housing Advance Request

•Allocation the Overseas Recruits as per Business requirements

•Upon receipt of invoice of Recruiting Agencies request for payment of the fees incurred towards recruitment of Overseas candidates

•Organize induction of all new employees to the Business, in order to enable them to understand the Company Business, Policies and Procedures and thereby minimize the lead time for making them more productive.
