(A) Worked as a Buyer (Philips Healthcare Process) I have also given a major support to Procurement team to do buying, sourcing activities negotiation and strategic selection of goods and services which is usually of importance to an organization, also connect with suppliers and create the purchase orders, do follow ups with suppliers and help to perform the GR (Good Receipt). Purchase Order Creation

We also create PO’s from requisitions created by Planner in SAP whenever it is required. Follow up the Purchase Orders

We send these Purchase Orders to the respective vendors, receive confirmation dates and update in the sap accordingly. We also check and confirm the ETA from Vendor and help them to expedite the healthcare parts # asap. We also communicate with vendors and logistics team (UPS & FedEx Team) so that parts could reach on time (GR – Goods Received).

(B)Subject Matter Expert in GLOBAL RSC (PRR –Problem Returns Reconciliation Process)

As a part of Reverse Supply Chain we handle Process Exceptional Cases where Blueroom (Return Warehouse) is not able to process the part, so they create the PRR Cases, where we investigate these PRR (Problem Returns Reconciliation) cases and give proper resolutions to Blueroom. It is a part of Reverse Supply Chain, where FSE returns the defective part # to Blue room and Blue room is not able to scan the part # and not able to decide the weather part # should scrap, repair or return for analysis, so Blue room creates PRR (Problem Returns Reconciliation) cases, which we investigate and suggest blue room or help them to take corrective action.

Major Achievement

• I have also given a major contribution to Automate the entire Warranty Process, in this proces I have automated seven sap transactions (EKKO, EKPO, VIQMEL, EQUI, EKBE, SER03 & OBJK) for a less time with the help of Automation Team, through this we have not only saved the dollar value for client but also released two FTE’s so that they could be utilize for different task.

• I have also handled very critical situation of LDC Shanghai Good Warehouse and LDC Tokyo Warehouse successfully which was assigned by APAC (Shanghai & Tokyo Good Warehouse) Client, where I have taken the responsibility to complete the allocated volume file, communicated with Blue Room Inspectors, and SPS Team (Client End) and do GR the entire parts in a cycle.

• Have handled 20 members team and resolved all kinds of issue related to process (Process knowledge Gap, Required Training, Query resolutions, Improving KPI’s, Target Meet) successfully in the absence of Team Lead and Managers in a very critical situation. Roles and Responsibilities

• As an Operation Excellence spoc, I usually update the Visual Management Board on daily /weekly basis, and, I update and create SIPOC, HLPM, DLPM, 3*3, Control Chart and White Board in share point as well as Digi view tool.

• I take call and interact with Clients in three regions (EMEA, APAC and NA) according to Business Requirement on weekly and daily basis, where I give the closure percentages of handled cases by the agents and also discuss about our KPI’s.

• I update Daily Management Board on daily basis where we usually share QDIP (Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Productivity) on daily basis with client.

• I am also Lean Certified, where I have given QEK related to process improvement in Warranty Process.

• I arrange Operation Excellence Session for new joiners, where I try to make them understand each aspect of OE fundamentals. I also make new PPT’s for OPEX and give valuable process knowledge to new joiners through these PPT’s.

• I conduct Communication Cell (Minutes of Meeting) and share updates and performance plan within in Team.

• As a Subject Matter Expert I involve in RCA (Root Cause Analysis), where we do proper analysis of Client Escalations and submit the report to our clients.

• I do 6's audit on weekly basis on entire floor. I make my best effrots to implemention of 's rules and regulations on the floor. I also send report to my respective supervisors on such Client floor walk cases.

• I update the KPI Dashboards for the process on weekly basis.

• I do audit for the team on the daily basis through audit tool and give them feedback in Minutes of of Meeting or communication cell. I also provide daily and monthly Audit Report to my supervisors. Rewards & Recognitions
