12.JOB PROFILE :

Well knowledge in various types of Pollution measurements equipments (i.e. High Volume Sampler,Respirable dust sampler(PM10 & PM2.5), Personal dust sampler,O2,CO,CO2,SO2,NOx etc gas analyzers, Stack monitoring kit, Velocity measurement kit, Pitot-tube, Manometers, pH meter, Weather monitor, Anemometer, Sound level meter, Spectrophotometer etc).

To conduct Environmental monitoring and assessment.

Conducting Environment audit including Bag filters,ESPs,Cyclones,Scrubbers,ETP,STP, fans etc.

To keep all the pollution control equipments in healthy condition by auditing and implementing effective maintenance system.

To control pollution in the plant & mines area by Environmental observations on regular basis.

13.RESPONSIBILITIES :

Assure Plant compliance with environmental regulations.

Identifies potential environmental aspects and recommends course of action to Management Group.

Develop and implement maintenance schedule for pollution control equipments and advise concerned to meet the environmental requirements in the plant & mines.

Expedite resolutions to the Plant & mines environmental issues.

Reviews new construction and equipment from environmental compliance point of view.

Recommends pollution control and monitoring equipment. Supervises installation, certification, calibration, and maintenance of the same.

Communicates plant objectives, activities and achievements to all the concerned.

Controlling Pollution levels of entire plant which includes Stack, Ambient Air, Water & Noise monitoring for control purposes.

Ensuring efficient operation of Pollution Control equipments by periodic inspection.

Resposibile to make Sustainibility report including GHG emission with EY consulatants.

Leading the safety task foce team during plant shut down.

Set up & maintaining Environmental laboratory.

Implementation of rain water harvesting systems.

Assessment of Environmental aspect / Impact & Occupational Health & Safety Hazard /Risk. .

Sends all mandatory reports to EC, CTE, CTO & HWM, Environment Statement, BWM, E-Waste, IFC etc to SPCB, CPCB, MoEFCC & other regulatory authorities.

Responsible for getting Environmental clearances, CTE & CTO & Authorisations for new projects.

Liasioning with various Government authorities like MoEFCC,CPCB,SPCB etc.

Implementation of waste Management system.

Responsible to make & finalize EIA/EMP for Cement plant,Mining, Power plant etc. for Green field & Brown field Project with different consultant like B.S.Envitech, Hyderabad, Vimta lab, Hyderabad,S.S.Environics, Bhubaneswar, Envirotech East pvt ltd,Kolkata,EQMS,New Delhi etc.

Delivered training programme on Environment Executives, workmen & school children.

Rajgangpur unit -

a)for production of 1.2 to 2.9 MTPA of clinker & 2.0 to 4.0 MTPA of cement

b)for production of 1.7 to 4.2 MTPA of limestone.

c)for 2X27 MW Captive power plant.

Kapilas cement grinding unit – for production of 0.9 to 2.7 MTPA of cement & 1x27 MW CPP.

West Bengal cement grinding unit – for production of 1.35 MTPA of cement.

Paradeep Phosphates Limited - NABL Accreditation of Environment Laboratory.

- Upgradation of STP & ensuring efficient operation of ETP
