As Production Engineer, Production, DIVIS LABORATORY Pvt Ltd:

• Working as Production Engineer in Production Department

• Responsible for smooth and safe operation of plant and ensuring strict compliance of safety procedures and standard operating procedure.

• Monitoring and Controlling critical parameters as per daily operating instructions

• Ensures at all times that safety equipment is worn and all safety rules and regulations are adhered.

• Inspection and troubleshooting of various equipment’s during operation

• Safe start-up and shutdown of various units during maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor the safe conduct of the work and ensuring the work permit safety conditions are being met.

• Safe and optimized plant operation with quality products.

• Proven track record of increasing revenues, streamlining operations, evolving process improvement strategies and creating a team work environment to enhance productivity.

• Carrying out Risk Assessment for all Operational & Maintenance activities and ensuring safe and smooth execution and completion.

• Training to the contact workers and casuals on CGMP,standard operating procedure to get successful work output, to prevent failures and to get quality products. EQUIPMENTS HANDLED:

• Shell and tube Condensers

• SSR / GLR Reactors

• Agitated Nutche Filter Dryer (ANFD)

• Centrifuge, Sifter, Multimill

• Steam Tray Dryer

FIRE & SAFETY:

• Fire detection system, operation of fire hydrants & monitors.

• Expertise in handling of fire extinguishers like Foam, DCP and CO2.

• Good Knowledge in using special PPE’s like SCBA, online breathing apparatus, etc.

• Issuing Safe Work Permits to ensure safety of job.
