Duties included bookkeeping for regular clients with programs including Caseware, Simply Accounting,
Quick Books. I was responsible for submitting monthly financial reports for clients. On a regular basis
I dealt with CRA on behalf of clients through filing, GST, objections or appeals and small audits. On a
regular basis I did bookkeeping for year end clients based on the accounting principles. Completed
audit testing and was able to explain financial statements for all clients.

Started working as an employee in March 2003 and by August was asked to be the manager of the
company which included strong sales for the company, making schedules, booking appointments,
being responsible for all deposits, hiring and firing of staff. December 2003 I took over doing the
bookkeeping which included drawing up contracts, payroll, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable,
ordering supplies, completing T4's, filing of GST. Took a company that was close to closing its doors to
making close to a 100 000.00 year profit. I helped the owner sell the company while she was living in
Florida in 2008

Volunteer Work
This last year I have been volunteering my time at our local speedway doing Track Safety – I created Safety practices that were implemented into the track safer for the drivers, volunteers, and the workers. I had the opportunity for learning how to use the “Jaws of Life” and the “Cutters” I will be fully certified on this through the NHRA sometime this year.
