Responsible for all aspects of daily operation and function of a sanctioned State of Tennessee General Contractor. Managed all aspects of business in our commercial and small industrial sector. Responsible for safely executing projects in excess of 3.3m using direct employee and indirect subcontractor efforts. Utilized Lean methodologies extensively to manage business resources and associated costs to maintain a viable business structure.

NSK Steering Systems of America. Program Manager 10/15 – 4/18 Dyersburg TN

Responsible for the launch of new model introductions into facility. Managed schedule, capital budget, and all associative risks across all the division. Managed programs as the gate holder- all aspects of each program, including procurement, design and manufacturing engineering, implementation, and obsolescence management.
