Laredo Petroleum, Senior Drilling Supervisor – Permian Basin (2018 - 2020) Key Role: Supervise Permian design ERW operations of land walking rigs that includes documentation, operations, cost & assured the compliance with Laredo operational guidelines and HSE policies. My accountability is to supervise all drilling aspects that includes but not limited to drilling, directional drilling, fishing, casing running, well issue remediation, well control, cementing, drilling fluids etc. My duty also incorporates arrange logistics for required equipment and material, meeting with contractors, maintaining quality control and people management.

Major Accomplishment:

1. Execute sales and contractual terms and conditions with service providers within one month & saved over $8MM annual saving.

2. Plan and proposed slim hole design in Permian without compromising production casing size to improve overall performance & cost ($200k).

3. Implement brain storming session and implement lean sigma concept for field supervisors. Laredo Petroleum, Staff Drilling Engineer – Permian Basin (2017- 2018) Key Role: Prepare fit for purpose drilling plans for ERW wells in accordance with best practices in industry and latest innovative technology to reduce overall drilling time. Full support to on-site supervisor & operation advisor technically and seek ways to utilize better solutions to improve drilling performance and reduce overall drilling cost.

Major Accomplishment:

1. Plan and execute squeeze operation liner expandable well with root cause analysis approach and successfully shut off loss zone. Cost saving $2MM finishing full lateral compare to re-drill new hole. 2. Plan and execute casing drilling project to prove effective stress caging in weak rock. 3. Implement new procedures for stuck pipe in lateral for Permian Basin with 100% success rate ($MM saving).

BHP Billiton, Technical Advisor – Technical Services Group USA (2016) Key Role: Main focuses on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) projects to investigate well integrity concerns and provide long term solutions and recommendations. Provide expert technical solution, barrier assessment and fit for purpose design for OCTG & unitize wellhead for unconventional development drilling to reduce rig time and material cost.

Major Accomplishment:

Authored technical engineering documentation and scope of work to supply chain to roll out bidding for wellhead in accordance with API 6A, MR0175 and ISO 14023 international standard to take leverage of depressed commodity pricing that reduce tangible cost over 60%. 2. ConocoPhillips, Senior Drilling Engineer - Gulf Coast Business Unit USA (2011-2012) Key Role: Lead and managed 3-4 rigs operations for horizontal well planning Eagle Ford HPHT long lateral wells. Major Accomplishment:

1. Award achievement to drilled fastest horizontal well in Eagle ford 12.4 days through implementing pacesetter concept, technical limits and DWOP methodology. 2. Introduce steel design bits and Even wall motor technology for longer runs compared to conventional motors.

3. Initiate & administered geo-steering group for better collaboration and team success. 4. Optimize casing design for high clay content in an unstable area from 3 to 2 casing string design without compromising any well control which saved $2 million in tangible and operational costs. ConocoPhillips, Senior Drilling Engineer - Mid Continent Business Unit USA (2008-2011) Key Role: Lead three rig operations for Anadarko high pressure granite wash basin wells with vertical and horizontal design. Reviewing and developing challenging offset well information of previous operators in order to optimize well design.

Major Accomplishment:

1. Customize PDC design and cutter life through impact & wear resistance concept and added back up rows for granite wash and Atoka high compressive strength formation 20-30ksi that overall reduces 2-3 days of rig time and total number of bits and cost over $300k. 2. Revamp BHA to reduce stick slip, vibrations and improve ROP through optimizing drilling parameters. 3. Introduce new technology opportunities MPD (Manage Pressure Drilling), MCD (Mud Cap Drilling) and WBS (Well Bore Strengthening) for the Anadarko Basin in tight fracture rock and in limestone vugs formation.

4. Authored SIMOPS project in Barnett Shale for drilling and frac same pad. Eni Pakistan Ltd, Drilling Engineer - Kadanwari, Badhra & BHIT Pakistan (2005-2008) Key Role: Well planning and drilling engineering program writing for HPHT conventional vertical and high angle directional wells in Bhit, Badhra and Kadanwari areas. Preparing end of well reports with drilling operation summaries, casing cementing reports, Bit and BHA reports and mud recaps. Prepare technical scope of work and bidding criteria for drilling services and tangible equipment. Engaged in planning long lead items like casing, wellhead, liner hanger, casing accessories for the exploratory and development planned wells. Major Accomplishment:

1. Deployed a new well bore design with provision of two contingency casing scenarios for an exploration well to be drilled for the first time in Badhra field (Pakistan) in abnormal pressure regime over 10K surface equipment rating.

BP Pakistan E&P Inc, D&C Engineer - Badin Development Exploration Wells Pakistan (2000-2005) Key Role: Manage well site engineer and supervisor role for over 3 years on drilling and workover rigs. Involved in conducting extensive field studies for fields in Badin (Sind) block. Major Accomplishment:

1. Administered detailed UBS (under balance study) for work over wells and development drilling projects to reduce reservoir skin damage without killing wells and improve production. 2. Also implemented Shear Hopper Process and No Drilling Surprises (NDS) in BP for critical wells and provided Technical Limits (TL) process for well optimization and the AFE process. 3. Established a benchmark study for BP Pakistan for saving directional cost over $300k per well by establishing fit for purpose surface location and avoid any directional work. 4. Showed tremendous engineering skills on part of planning and execution of Fateh Shah-1 without any adequate drilling data and completed it with significant drilling performance days/10k 16.91 (BP Pakistan).

5. Delivered a new well bore design for BP Pakistan in the Badin region which includes two retrievable packers ‘HS’ (Hydraulically Set) and ‘R-3’ (Mechanically set) contributing to a straddle role in a well bore design without compromising any technical issue.
