• Oversee budgets and lifecycle across million dollar client projects.

I began tracking multi-million dollar budgets and reporting quarterly submissions to the project teams. I also continued my previous work as a Senior Executive Assistant in addition to taking on more client work, helping with the HER mentorship program and managing junior staff.
