To Whom It May Concern,
I am an excited new graduate that is interested in the opportunities you are providing for physician assistants. I am board-certified and licensed in the state of Ohio. I graduated from Ohio Dominican University’s Physician Assistant Program in December of 2018. After passing my boards in June of 2019, I had the opportunity to take time before beginning my career. I have been searching for the right opportunity and I feel an opening with you would be a great fit for me to share my skills and grow. I have currently been working with Nation Church Residence and their PARRT (Post-Acute Reginal Rapid Test) Program as a volunteer COVID-19 tester that provided services for nursing facilities, including skilled nursing, long term care and assisted living facilities in central Ohio.
I am interested in opportunities that I can apply my skills and grow with the expanding medical field as a part of your team. I am confident in my history taking, physical exams, patient education, and clinical skills. I am motivated to expand my skills and provide the best care to all patients within a team oriented atmosphere. I have gained experience through clinical rotations that have provided me with a wide variety of medicine. This has given me an understanding of diagnosing and treating an assortment of cases.
Within any position, I will be able to use my services to help and continue to expand my knowledge and grow as a leader. Cultivating this variety of knowledge and skills will provide a foundation that I can use to continue to be expanded upon and allow me be a valued team member.
If given the opportunity, I would be grateful to learn from your staff. I would aim to exceed your expectations and become the best physician assistant I strive to be. You can trust in my dedication, motivation, and willingness to learn within the field I am practicing. I understand the privilege it would be to work with your providers and I am eager to meet with them and earn the opportunity to learn and work beside them. I would be grateful for the chance to meet with you and further expand on my background and answer any questions you may have for me. I can be reached at 614-***-**** or **********@*****.*** at any time.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Austin Albert PA-C
