Vertex indexing machine

Pneumatic capsule conveying is modern methodology for conveying material from one place to another, which uses air as a media for source of energy. We successfully completed prototype and conduct many experiments by setting 500mts of pipeline. This project is worked under guidelines of HOD of I-shop. It is prepared for experimental purpose which is used to separate fines from slurry using density separation method.

CRM expansion project

CRM stands for cold roll mill where we are producing special grade sheets specially used by automobile industry. Coordination with technology supplier Prime metals, Andritz and various sub contractors. Involved in development of more than 30 equipment’s including complex walking beam, steering systems, bridle rolls etc. In plant requirements

scrap buckets- which is used to lift scraps of different loads. Jigs and fixtures for various machines like GANTRY, JURASTI, VMC, HMC, SHARPLINE. Sand Blasting Machine- It is used for surface finishing of rolls. Sheet Rolling Machine- Which is used to rolls small diameter cylinder up to 10mm thick Lifting Tackle – This is used to lift plates up to 10T.
