●Migrated SharePoint 2010 Site Collections to Office365/Teams

Served as project manager and technical architect for a project to migrate ~1Tb of content across 8 Site Collections accessed by ~1,000 users to SharePoint Online in a new Office 365 environment

Content went back many years and survived rapid organizational growth and multiple organizational changes. The lifespan of this existing content resulted in SharePoint sites that not only did not correspond to the existing organizational structure, but also had grown into a tangle of interconnected sites with circular references hampered by an ineffective use of SharePoint 2010 Search functionality

Entire effort was executed 0% downtime

●Introduced Microsoft Teams to the users as well as a centralized Office 365 Site Collection

●Developed several PowerShell scripts in order to prepare for the content migration as well as to execute the migration

●Created and maintained Microsoft Flows to help with implementations of ongoing activities enabling real-time monitoring of go-live metrics and issue management

●Served as the technical subject matter expert for the creation of a site to create, curate, display, and disseminate information for the organization’s “Virtual Care” team in response to the COVID-19 crisis. This site is used by dozens of users inside the organization as well the partner hospitals
