Initiated the department of quality and patient safety independently across the Right Health Group and made the centers compliant to DOH/DHA/ MOH requirements.

Successfully passed audit for “Adding Specialty” in one of the RH centers in Al Ain just within two months of joining. Succeeded to get ISO 9001:2015 certification across 16 right health facilities within the one year. Successfully participated in the 2nd Joint Commission International (JCI) re-accreditation survey.
