IQ, OQ & PQ of New Analytical Instruments.

Preparation of New SOP as well as Changes as per In-House or Pharmacopoeia.

To follow up external calibration with engineering department.

Planning & Management of Outside Calibration and Preventive Maintenance of Instruments from Third Party.

Analyst Qualification & training to New Employees.

To ensure and maintain HPC/GC column and all applicable SST solution as per SOP .

To analyze the vendor samples with well documented and perform the qualification of working standard.

To prepare volumetric solution and bench reagent.
