Bills Preparation for all duty slip

Follow-up with driver for collect duty slip from driver.

Maintain all duty slip record in excel for all branch& Making MIS.

TallyVoucher Entry & Cash Handling

Dealing with customer regarding billing related issue.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive bookings by mails and phones.

Send a confirmation mails for those bookings.

Feed bookings in our software.

Allot vehicles for particular bookings, and dispatch as on time.

Track all cars for on time reporting.

Car details SMS to the guest as well as booker.

Car details send by mail also.

Follow up with the driver and with the guest also for Direct Payments.

Close all duty coupons in our software when once vehicles are comeback to the office.

Planning for next day bookings allotments.

Able to handle events & delegations as well as conference.
