The diameter is a 48-inch. with 05 HDD crossing, 01 Scraper Launcher, 01 Scraper receiver, 06 Block valve stations. 2) MGS 56’’ EWG-2 Loop-2 and 30’’ KAEC Pipeline
Engineering, Procurement and Laying 56" and 30" pipelines in the East West Pipeline Corridor (from Shedgum to Yanbu), Yanbu to Rabigh Pipeline Corridor and Rabigh-II to KAEC Pipeline in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Total Scope includes : 56’’ Pipeline – 343 Kms / 30’ Pipeline – 15 Kms
Block valve stations -18 Nos.
Launcher Receiver – 8 nos.
3) PNG LNG EPC5A PIPELINE PROJECT
1000M USD EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) contract of approximately 445 km of pipeline in sizes ranging from 50 mm to 850 mm in Papua New Guinea. The project contains both condensate and gas pipeline and it includes 2 condensate check valve station, 9 remote station (4 condensate valve station, 2 gas valve station, 2 remote CP station & 1 Scraper station) and 2 metering station. Approximately 24 km of electric power cable and 300 km of fiber optic cables are installed along with the pipeline. FOC cables are provided to communicate all the valve station and metering station to Gas conditioning plant. 4) ANGOLA LNG PIPELINE PROJECT
327 M USD EPC contracts of 10 km of 24’’, 22" & 18" pipelines laid parallel by 20 Meter distance in Angola. Design pressure of the pipelines is 340 bar and 2500”class rating. The project includes Beach valve stations (BVS), Pig receipt stations, Scraper launchers/receivers, flare systems, LNG transfer facilities, and all associated utilities 5) YEMEN LNG PIPELINE PROJECT
500M USD EPC contract of 320 km of 38'' pipeline and 30Km of 30" pipeline to transport natural gas of 6,900,000 Mtpa to liquefaction plant within Yemen territory. The Project includes 2 pressures let down stations, metering station, LNG Plant facility, 10 valve stations, Scraper launchers/receivers, 2 processing trains, flare systems and LNG transfer facilities. 6) 18” Nimr-G Catchment –Nimr-A 30” PE lined Replacement Project 18” Nimr-G Catchment –Nimr-A 30” PE lined Replacement Project Demolition of existing above ground 5.2 Km, 18” CS line pipe and replacing with New installation of underground 18”, 5.2 km, 300 class, CS-PE Pipeline from Nimr-G catchment to Nimr-A 30” CS-PE pipeline, the replacements would serve to maintain pipeline integrity. Also, provision for temporary pigging shall be done, so that pigging can be done as required in future, without any further modification.

(DRPIC) and a new 18”, approx. 6.6 km spur line installed from DRPIC to DIPWP, with permanent launcher and receiver facilities.

10) Abu Dhabi Crude Oil Pipeline OR Habshan–Fujairah oil pipeline The 48-inch (1,200 mm) pipeline is 360 kilometers (220 mi) long, of which 14 kilometers
(8.7 mi) is an offshore section. Fluid in pipeline oil. It passes east of Abu Dhabi city, through Sweihan and west of Al Ain. The pipeline has a capacity of 1.5 million barrels per day (~7.5 107 t/a). It cost $3.3 billion. There are 3 pumping stations. 11) MISSAN OIL FIELD, CNOOC (EPCC)
Presently I am handling below Projects, Details of projects are given below. Water Pipeline:
Project Water Pipeline Project from Musshrah Pump Station to Buzurgan Terminal. Musharrah Water Pump Station to Buzurgan BUT, 35Km, 10inches carbon steel (API 5LX42 PSL2), Ductile Cast Iron 10’’ 39 kms and SRPT pipes (4’’ and 6’’). Diesel Tank Station Extension:-
This is EPCC project includes Piping, Diesel tank installation (500 Cubic meter 2 nos.), Piping, Civil, structure, Instrumentation, Telecommunication, Electrical, OHTL, Transformer, fire Fighting (Include 500 cubic meter fire tank, Fire Foam system), Fire Alarm and Gas system, Cathodic Protection, water supply and Drainage system etc. Flowline Replacement:-
This is EPCC project includes Well head facilities, Piping, Pipepline (6’’ and 8’’), Header, Manifold, Oil gathering process system covering above ground piping and instrumentation, Underground crude oil transportation pipelines, Solar Power System or UPS system, Instrumentation and Control System including Well Head Control Panels, Telecommunication, CCTV at wellhead, Civil& Structure works, Painting, Cathodic protection system etc.
