Senior Designer
Liaising closely with our internal design team, artisans and fabric vendors as well as external merchandisers, stylists, PR and social media agencies, I am responsible for delivering and producing contemporary collections every season that engages audiences, drives recognition and are highly commercial.
Delivering approximately 50 new styles per season, I create designs and products keeping in mind the aesthetics of the brand and target client whilst retaining excellent consumer driven approach.
• 75% of all PoshPride sales (Instagram, Facebook, Studio, Multi-Designer Stores and Exhibitions) originates from my designs.
• Worked with Edward Lalrempuia (Editor Harper’s Bazaar) to create the Spring Summer line for LMIFWSS19
• Participated in Capsule New York presenting AW19-20 expanding label to International market in collaboration with The Inde Project.
• Built Uniform line for two most popular casinos in Goa, project approx. worth 10million
• Initiated tie-ups with new stores across India such as Como, Anahita, Agashe

Assistant Designer
As part of a strong design team it was my responsibility to manage and produce all styles simultaneously working with the head designer, creating and utilising fabrics, trims and accessories sourced as per WGSN trends and stories to drive buyer sales happening at the end of the season display through runway, trade fair and fashion weeks. I regularly organised and sourced fabrics, used fabric manipulation and surface enhancement techniques and researched on functional and creative silhouettes to make new designs along with handling close to 500 styles in production from the previous season.
• Created Pret & Couture lines for Who’s Next (Paris), Coterie (New York) and Amazon India Fashion Week for four consecutive seasons.
• Organised buyer meetings during fashion weeks in order to get orders placed on new samples.
• Championed everything to do with designing, selling and marketing, making linesheets, order sheets, PO’s, client orders and PR.
• Driven sales by liaising best within the team, assisting in runway shows, back-stage, fittings, photoshoots, stock market sales and designing accessories/shoes/bags.
