Since 07 months working in India construction companies for heavy fabrication, erection job of pipe, steel structure, aluminum structure, structure glazing,curtain wall, aluminum cladding, conveyor gallery,air slide gallery,belt conveyor,truck loading machine and also have handled quality assurance as well as quality control. Having good knowledge of all types of its fittings and couplings. Having knowledge of all type of equipments (fabrication, erection, installation, test pack & punch listing works, hydro testing and handling project man power to carry out work within time limit and given budget. Handled varieties of on shore projects. Professional Experience Details:

I have three years Experience in a wide spectrum of Mechanical construction field related to the Project execution piping of Refineries, Cross Country Piping, Ethylene Expansion Project, Fertilizer plant, gas Processing Project, Petrochemical Projects etc. Below mentioned is a description of responsibilities held and position occupied for the execution of various Projects.

Familiar and flow up Isometric, G.A Plot plan, Key plan and P & ID of assigned areas.

Have worked on carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel; Alloy steel LTCS, G.I, Ductile Cast iron and copper-nickel.

Know GRE piping, G.I fire water line, ductile cast iron piping.

Preparation of the workers and equipments and distribution as per Area required.

Fabrication and fit up of piping activities as per ASME B31.3 & work procedures.

Ensure effective deployment and efficient utilization of manpower, tools and Equipment.

Prepare planning and sequencing of installation schedules and provides input to Progress as well as quantity tracking.
