Summary:

I am Hari Dileep holding MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and I also have professional experience at Regal Beloit Corporation and Novastilmec S.p.a in Italy and Clair Engineer’s Pvt. Ltd. in India. Being a strong believer in ‘Continuous Improvement’, I have proven abilities of leading contributions towards development of a new concept to improve product performance or Redesign of product while simultaneously working on my assigned tasks.

Having working experience in product design, I have developed my strengths in engineering new concepts, running Structural FEA simulations, Quality/Safety/Risk assessment, Supplier and external machine shop interaction, and concluding with a Technical Report.

My technical strengths lie in Strength of Materials, Stress Calculations, Technical Reports, Risk assessment and have working knowledge about Sheet metal design, Plastic part design; whereas my interpersonal skills revolve around the motto, ‘Develop self, Help develop others and stay Happy!’.
