Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Controlling of process parameter (Field & PLC Panel) and equipment’s condition.
Responding to plant alarms with designated supervision to learn appropriate corrective action.
Start-ups and shutdowns of the plant. (Quick & Cold)

Continuous vigilant in the field operator by taking rounds.
Note down field readings for cross check with DCS.
Understand, analyse and interpret acceptable ranges for temperature, pressure, flow and other critical control points.
Experience in chemical mixing or blending;
Strong safety focus with understanding of proper PPE.
Operating and monitoring the Reactors, Filters, Vacuum Pump, Ejectors, Pumps and Day storages.
Strong understanding of polymerization reaction and processes involved to troubleshooting issues and equipment

Erection and Commissioning (Polyol Plant & Cooling Tower) July – 2016 to March – 2017
Responsibilities:
I was involved in successful pre-commissioning and start-up of Polyol Plant (30 TONS / DAY) and Cooling Tower (600 M3/HR)
Pre-commissioning and commissioning activity like hydro testing, flushing, leak test, drying, final box up, purging and etc…
Interlock loop checking.
Check each and every instrument connection, piping support and other tapping as per P&ID and isometric drawings and loop punch point list preparation and liquidation same.
Loop punch list preparation and dilution of punch list.
Equipment data sheet review and comments.
No load trails of rotary and electric drives.
