•Manage aspects of logistics and transportation, including analyzing and securing carriers, negotiating contracts, establishing logistics plans, allocating budgets and all associated documentation.

•Process and maintain Accounts Payable (A/P), ensuring accurate reporting and entry corrections.
Customer Service & Interpersonal Abilities:
•Serve as liaison between senior leadership and external contacts/clients, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, establishing positive rapport and solidifying long-term professional relationships.
•Build long-term relationships with individuals by building trust/confidence and creating a comfortable environment to increase satisfaction and promote repeat business/referral generation.
•Provide exceptional and diligent service to a diverse client base to maintain customer allegiance to company and verify satisfaction, in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
•Frequently communicate with interdepartmental personnel with regard to current project status, as well as the identification/rectification of issues/discrepancies; promote collaborative efforts to achieve goals.
