Responsibilities:

Data capture using specified software provided by the World Intellectual Property

Organisation (WIPO) for the data gathering of trademark files.

Understand the source data for entry from the source paper files, documents; verifying and logging receipt of data; obtaining missing data.

Perform scanning using the scanner from the marked location/region of the document as per the specifications provided in the specified file formats.

Protect trademark office information, files and batches by keeping information confidential.

Accomplish the project goal and mission by completing the targeted assigned batch of files with good speed and ensuring quality of data (error free entry) related results as needed.
