Procedure Development & Fee Reconciliations – Architected process and procedures for correct coding and reconciling of all products of both IRS and CDS, including LCH, CME, and ICE Clear. Completed OTC and CCP reconciliation initiative, correcting client charging on trade date rather than constant adjustments being passed.
Introducing Broker Management & Software Solutions – Developed Introducing Broker payout calculations from non-existent state to daily accruals for end of month cost. Programmed GMI System (FIS/SunGard) and administered simple spreadsheet reconciliations. Process established 2-hour/month event and offshore team was trained to execute.
