Job Responsibilities

Construction activities for the scheduled works as well as monitoring the progress.

Execution all the civil works as per the project specification in the planned duration.

Co-ordination with CLIENT CONSULTANT & SUBCONTRACTOR.

Resource (Material, Manpower & Machineries) arrangement and allocation as per the requirement.

Expertise Knowledge in Reading Structural, Architectural and MEP Design Drawings& Shop drawings,

Preparing daily progress reports and updates. Monitoring on site, avoiding wastages of material and Manpower at site.

Inspection of Scaffold Systems before starting any work.

Conducting safety inspection for daily and weekly & maintaining safety standards as per OHSE plan.

Executing all the works as per the Quality Standards and for the satisfaction of the client.

Assuring the quality of reinforcement fabrication, Formwork, Concrete repair, Water proofing, Exca- vation & Backfilling work as per the project specifications.

Execution of rebar installation/fabrication in accordance to approved shop drawings.

Supervision and inspection at site for underground station/ over ground station civil work such as, ground slab, columns, beams, roof slab and lift walls, Ancillary building, etc.,

Supervision and inspection at site for underground &over ground station architectural work such as, block works, plastering, wall cladding, floor granite, false ceiling etc.

Reconciliation of Major Construction Materials & Consumables for my part of the work.

Handing over of Rooms, Work area to the Client & SWCs and maintaining Documents.

Marking the coordinates as per the drawing for the building beams, columns, slabs, raft and footing by total station.

Handling over the survey works are checked by the survey clients and get signature in the survey check- lists.
