Project Title: Machine Integration (21 CFR)

Description: All FDA pharma industries are must have 21CFR configurations. So we are integrated the all machines to upgrade to 21CFR polices. So we are collecting the backups from different type of PLC’s and HMI’s and by using KEPSERVER and SQL then we are giving the web based application to perform the actives. Based on active we are generating the reports as per 21CFR polices.

Project Name: PLANT OPEARTION ANALYSIS SYSTEM (POAS) Client: Aurobindo Pharma Limited (unit - III, VII, X, XII & XV). Description: POAS is web and windows application developed for the Pharmaceutical industries to achieve high efficiency in the industry. Monitoring the status of every area containing various machines(such as compression machine, capsule filling machine, coating machine, Packing machine) and collecting the data of runtime and downtime of each and every area in 24 hours and calculates the Overall Equipment Efficiency(OEE) of every equipment for Pharma Industry. With this data, the efficiency of each and every equipment can be increased for good output for the industry. This way the Pharma Industry can achieve good efficiency. The efficiency of every equipment can be monitored and increased by higher officials of the Pharma industry from their cabin itself through our web application. We are using SIEMENS PLC (S7-1200) for Data Acquisition.

Client: Jodas Expoim Pvt Limited, Vins Byproducts Limited, & Celon Labs Pvt Limited.

Description: CRMS is web and windows application developed for the Pharmaceutical industries production department. This makes the process of production easier, faster and helps the users to make better communication in the company. It is mainly developed for calculating the dust particles in the production area while production occurs. We are using kanomax sensor to calculate dust particles. We are using SIEMENS PLC (S7-1200) for Data Acquisition. Technical skills:
