WORK PROFILE:

• Involved in commissioning of Turbine related instrument like speed probe, vibration probe, eccentricity, trust pad temp, turbine drains, BFP, CEP, HP & LP heaters, and DEH, ETS & TSI system.

• Involved in commissioning of Boiler related instrument like HGG, FSSS system, boiler thermo probe, Secondary air control damper, APH, ID, FD, PA Fans.

• Calibration of Pneumatic control valve, Motorized control valve, Pressure switches, DP switches, Pressure, Flow & Level Transmitters.

• Familiar with Area classification, P&ID symbols and Foundation Field Bus.

• Troubleshooting and Preventive maintenance (IPF) of instrument system.

• Involved in loop checking and commissioning of the units.

• Familiar with FIRE and GAS Instruments (MCP, LOS, Gas, Heat, Flame, Smoke detector)

• Calibration of Analyzer like pH, Conductivity, Hydrazine, silica, SOX, NOX & O2 etc.

• Modification jobs in condenser hot well level, mill hot air gate and cold air gate, mill instruments, Turbine drains system.

• Familiar with DCS of TATA Honeywell TDC 3000, Yokogawa CS3000.

• Troubleshooting, Maintenance and loop checking for PLC’s like Honeywell FSC series PLC, Allen Bradley SLC 500 series PLC.

• Involved in breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance.

• Periodically checking of all the Field Instruments and if required calibrate online.

• Development of New Logics as per the requirement of system.

• Participation in various maintenance activities like initial preparation, fault analysis.

• Prepare the breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance schedule.

• Prepare modification report, Incident report & Trouble report.

• To look after the breakdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of plant instruments.

• Maintenance of PLC Controlled system.

• Maintenance and calibration of Instruments, Transmitters, Control valves and analyzer.
