Executed hotel Corporate events (MICE) with a seamless turnover from sales to operations back to sales. Planning and handling events include Pop-Up events (event requests within 7 working days), internal events and event turnovers from sales up to 300 guests and 300 rooms.

Ranked as #1 event planner in the hotel’s Event Satisfaction Survey with most survey received and highest rated for Q1 for 2019. 11 surveys out of 84 surveys of the entire Sales & Events at 90.9% overall rating amongst 19 coordinators, executives and managers for Q1.

Q1 2020. Planned and handled a weeklong luxury product exhibition occupying the entire ballroom as well as half of the hotel’s 2nd ballroom with several smaller meeting spaces with 350 bedrooms and a revenue of almost 1.5M. Increased revenue by 35%.
