B. PERSONAL STATEMENT

I am an extremely fit and active person who has greater interpersonal relationship, team working, good communication skills and also adaptable to the new things exposed positively. I have good organizational and motivational skills and I am always striving to improve myself. In addition I am hard worker with sprit of fulfilling the given task collectedly and timely reporting. When given Responsibility because I have feeling of leadership skills, I do it with a greater potential. Not only that I am flexible a person who accept the mistakes and able to correct them, I am also accountable for the errors happen on the field. I have planning skills and implementing planned activities.

I have collaboration skills, I am dedicated, loyal and the ability to work both within a team and unsupervised. I have perseverance in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success. I love also my career health professional especially nursing professional where I developed skills of caring, saving the life of known and unknown client and providing advocacy. E.ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

I have 8 months of working experience in Rwamagana Provincial Hospital specifically at Accident and emergency Department from January 2020 until now ( august 2020).

F. TRAINING TAKEN

I have been trained on non-communicable diseases and infectious disease management as final students at University of Rwanda in conjunction with One Health for Central East Africa (OHCEA) At Nyagatare Campus.

I have got skills and experiences on health measurement and research by writing the book as a research project entitled assessment of knowledge, attitudes and practices toward infection prevention in Rwamagana provincial Hospital. The book was accepted and now located in library at Rwamagana campus-General Nursing Department.

I also get training on counseling organized by Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC) in 2015 and 2018 phases. I got training of on uses of Arc light and related eye Examination in 2019.

I have participated in HBV and HCV campaign. This was the screening of Survivors and General population In Rwanda. This Campaign was done in South province and Eastern province.

I have got experience for managing patients in different kind of diseases in different Hospital during my whole Clinical Placement. Those are the following Hospital I worked during my clinical Placement: Rwamagana Provincial Hospital (from 2015- 2017), Masaka District and Muhima Hospital (from 2017-2018), Hospital Ndera Neuropsychiatric Referral Hospital, University Teaching Hospital (UTHK) and

G. INTERNSHIP DONE AT KING FAISAL REFERAL HOSPITAL

I did Clinical practice at King Faisal Referral Hospital in final year (from 2018-2019). Especially in the following wards : 2 weeks at Emergency, 1 weeks at surgical ward, 1 week at internal medicine and 2 weeks at Intensive care unit of king faisal Hospital. Not Only that I did the training about the basic life support (BLS).

H. INTERNSHIP DONE IN MASAKA HOSPITAL

I did the internship in Masaka Hospital since (2017- 2018) in 2 sessions first session was in December to January 2017-2018, where I did the clinical placement in the following wards, In pediatrics 2 weeks, Neonatology 2weeks, theatre 1 week. Second session started June 2018 to august 2018, where I did the internship on that time I was the chief of the site neonatology was 2 months and pediatrics was 1 month now days I have the working experience at accident and emergency Department at Masaka District Hospital.

I.INTERNSHIP DONE AT NDERA NEUROPSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL

I did clinical practice in Ndera neuropsychiatric Hospital for every service where I met with patients who drink alcohol and other kinds of drugs, How to manage such patients and How to get good communication with them. Other was to deal with all diseases conditions including mental Health illness.
