Guided and directed the sale of the Company to a regional professional services firm in early 2020 Chief Executive Officer: Vizant Technologies is a private equity owned financial services, fintech and payments technology company delivering SAAS solutions, technical advisory services and thought leadership to Fortune 1000 corporations and middle market businesses.
Vizant focuses on improving financial efficiencies and reducing the structural costs in the key functional areas of business and consumer payments, treasury operations and financial operations. Vizant delivers and implements actionable, real world solutions and technologies that maximize the financial efficiencies.
Recruited and joined the company in early 2010, during a time when the business was in a rapidly deteriorating financial condition. The organization was undergoing many pressure points: including, but not limited to: a decaying balance sheet, major revenue declines, senior and mezzanine creditor pressures, a compromised business model, senior management issues, marketing problems, technology flaws and employee morale challenges.
Stabilized, restructured and enhanced the Company’s balance sheet, raising senior debt, mezzanine debt, preferred stock and common equity financing
Delivered consistent and strong annual EBITDA growth from 2010 through 2017any went from a negative
EBITDA contribution rate in 2009 to a double-digit contribution margin in 2016

Hallmark, founded by the Hall Family, remains a privately held multi-billion-dollar business, with holdings in television, media and many other consumer products, including the Crayola Crayon brand. The retail stores are generally not operated by Hallmark, but by individual owners across the country.
Joined the Company (Matthews Inc, a former AA Client) at a time when revenues were less than $15 million
Developed an expansion plan and executed on an accelerated growth strategy, resulting in multiple years of double-digit revenue growth and EBITDA contribution dollar and rate growth
Executed a growth plan that was an extremely successful combination of organic growth, new product lines, store expansions and acquisitions of other operators
