I have over 20-years experience doing welding. I have in-service training in boiler making, fabrication and fitting which has enhanced my diagnostic and fault finding skills, exposed & allowed me to attend to machine breakdowns, installation of new plant & equipment, training & mentoring of unskilled artisans.

A trade certificate in Welding which was issued on the twenty first of July 2003
A certificate for Sheet Metal which was issued in June 1998 and a short course in Basic Industrial Hydraulic which was issued on the 14th November 2008.
In-service training & experience doing Boiler making, Sheet Metal Work, fabrication, Pipe Fitting, Spray painting and Fitting.
Time management skills which is at an exceptionally high standard as I have the ability to plan my workload. I enjoy undertaking various tasks as I have the ability to multitask including completing tasks in record time as my focus is on quality outcomes to the internal and or external customer.
I have worked overtime & performed standby duties.

Experienced in FCAW- Flux Core Arc, TIG, CO2, SMAW /MMAW Shielded Metal Arc Weld, GMAW /MIGW, Oxy-acetylene welding, Brazing and Silver Soldering on appropriate metals and pipe.
I have worked with Conveyors, Plant Chains, Overhead Gantries, Boilers, Steam applications, Plant Structures and I am accustomed to working with various hand and power tools.
I am Au fait with reading of schematic drawings/blueprints.
Committed towards all aspects of Health, Safety and the Environment.
oI have a certificate as I attended training as an OH&S representative and my responsibilities were attending monthly meeting.
oEnsuring safe handling of equipment and safety within the plant in accordance to legislative prescripts documented in the OHS act, this included scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment.
I demonstrate a high attention to detail and have proven organisational abilities which enabled me to be nominated by my supervisor to be the projects artisan in the firm.
I produce work that is of high standard whether working under pressure being supervised or unsupervised as I believe in effective and efficient outcomes.
