Thank you for giving me the opportunity to apply for a position at you company.

I was the personal assistant of the Company Director at Denmar Estates for 3 Years. I performed a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks for the Company Director and Department Managers. My work is always accurate and on time. The Company Directors diary, travel, accommodation filling, typing was part of my daily planning. I was in charge of the clothing department of the company, seeing that all uniforms are ordered correctly and within each department’s budget.

Part of my job was arranging meetings with unions, applying for work permits for all seasonal staff, corresponding with staff on a daily basis. Monthly Salaries and Wages, Seasonal workers Bi-weekly wages. Giving feedback on all departments with month end reconciliation to Financial Manager.

My last job I was working at a Real Estate Agency as reception, Rental Agent and Bond Originator. I am very good at multi-tasking.
