Proposals Manager (Production Equipment Product Line/ Sales Support Team Manager)
Exterran is a manufacturer and supplier of gas compression, production equipment, water treatment and emissions controls for the oil and gas industry. As the production equipment proposal manager, my team averaged 85 stock, modified stock and custom designed equipment proposal requests per week for the 100+ member worldwide sales team.
Member of the Management team that increased sales from $40MM to $320MM (2008-20015).
Member of the Production Equipment Training Team that trained all incoming sales associates on the product line.
Created a VIP process to identify high revenue proposal opportunities. Once identified, create a team to bring together the best talent to win the project.

OFI designs and manufactures an entire line of scientific equipment to analyze cement, drilling fluids, completions, frac simulations, waste water, and core samples to API standards. As Operation Manager, my responsibilities were to oversee the entire manufacturing process. I managed 6 direct reports who then managed over 90 employees over 3 locations. This included Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Chemical Production and World Wide Shipping.
