VP of IT and Operations - As the VP of IT and Operations, I was responsible for the strategic alignment of the IT Department globally. Head of four IT areas within KnowBe4; Operations, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and R&D. Manage a budget of approximately $45M. Oversight of critical financial decisions, negotiating with vendors, identifying cost savings opportunities, and day-to-day expense management. • Organization & Talent Management: Supervise, recruitment, and identify, develop, and retain high-performing team members, empowering them to elevate their level of responsibility, span of control, and performance. • Strategy and Planning: Transform and develop IT strategies, including leading strategic IT and telecommunications/network initiatives, application portfolio, and IT projects to align IT enterprise objectives to business objectives and policy, and define the IT roadmap and execute on short- and long-term goals. • Systems & Applications/Project Management: As head of internal R&D and infrastructure, implemented an agile methodology for planning and executing all change management initiatives, including AWS Infrastructure and R&D. Using this methodology allowed me to manage my projects and development priority, speed to delivery of products and services, and keep control of the plans and budgets. Oversee management of a portfolio of technology projects using defined project management methodologies, effective communication with project champions/sponsors, and management of resources and other project constraints. • Operation Management: Ensuring that the performance, reliability, and scalability of the KnowBe4's technology infrastructure are up to standards and using best practices. Ensuring 99.99% uptime on both Systems and Network. Ensure the IT system and network operation adhere to applicable laws and regulations and establish lines of control for all current and proposed information systems.

• Standardization: Decreased time spent on administrative tasks 50% and time for failed system remediation from three days to one through the implementation of standards and procedures. Developed best practices and management methodologies using Enterprise Unified Process and ITIL standard models.

• Enterprise Infrastructure/Technology Build: Responsibility for all architectural design & planning of the current cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications, deployment, and maintenance of all desktop and endpoints, network, telecom, security, storage, and managed and development of an R&D team.

• Cloud Computing- Adopted a cloud-first strategy and was 90% in the cloud.
