Directly Reporting to Hotel Operational Manager /General Manager.

Operational In charge & Department Head of Housekeeping.

Responsible for 304 Rooms including public area & laundry.

Maintaining Reports and Records as required.

Responsible for ordering operational supplies, chemical supplies for department.

Responsible for maintaining the housekeeping store.

Complete responsible for maintaining the lost & found items and records.

Maintain Excellent Scores in all aspects as per the Hotel standard SOP.

Coordinating with contractors, pest control, florist, Contract Cleaners, Cost Controlling.

Successfully maintaining Multiple Quality Assurance/Compliance by the Auditors, on the average highest achieved score of 8.9 out of 10.

Responsible for Handling all Development/Training/Appraisal of Staffs.

Handling a large scale housekeeping staffs + Outsource staffs team.

Actively participate & contribute to all Rooms & Housekeeping department’s daily functions to ensure the highest level of service is being delivered throughout the hotel at all times .

Prepare and control budgets for the department,

Ensure implementation of Health & Safety, Security Standards through active Participation on the Health and Safety Committee.

Preforming as Hotel Duty Manager when required by the Management.

In charge of departmental inventory Controls.

Covid 19 sanitization process every morning and time to time in common areas and other areas as well.

COST CONTROL

Monitoring in departmental costs controls.

Manage and control linen, rooms, and chemical inventories in order to minimise losses and confirm to all cost control measures, and that the department is always below budget.

Manage and control all guest room supplies and amenities according to Brand Service Standards.

Lost and preventive management records.
