Job descriptions:

Leading Sales force of 4 Salesmen and providing the necessary coaching /direction to achieve Targets.

Daily meeting with Salesman to discuss Daily Sales and Temporary Credit Sales reports

To achieve the monthly and quarterly sales targets provided by Regional Manager.

To Monitor sales and productivity target achievement on daily basis and ensures that the buyers buy happily in perpetuity.

Performing my duty under the guidance of Regional Manager and or in accordance with the policies and procedure of Company which come into force from time to time.

Reactivating all the Dormant Accounts which are not Purchasing Stock.

Giving List of NON-Buying Customers who have our cooler to salesman on daily basis and make them productive.

To gain More OP outlets, try to gain maximum weighted OP Restaurants.

Strictly follows Proposed Journey Plan (PJP) provided by the Manager

To upgrade Route Plans of an Area.

Prepare daily Market Visit Report during market visit & submit the report to Area Manager on daily basis.

Conduct Retail audit during daily market visits to ensure all Schemes & Discounts are being passed onto the trade as per approvals.

Ensures that the deliveries are being made as per HHT.

Check Temporary Credit Sales (TCS) in Market on daily basis. Dues which are over 15 days verify them and request Customer to pay them as soon as Possible.

concentrate on KPI and try to make better points than the Previous Year in order to make your distribution feasible.

Work on SKI points of CSD, NCSD and TCS to get Healthier commission.

Checks and ensure that the salesmen are reaching the shops / customers and carrying out the Sales Pitch Properly and effectively and provide on job and routine training to the SR/SP for effective selling and negotiating skills and to bring quality in sales coverage and customer relations.

Check Productivity, Drop Size, Range, coverage etc.

Ensure Merchandizing and keep slow moving products on Eye catching position.

Keep close eye on Competitor’s Activities & submit the competitor activity reports to Manager on daily basis.

It is my responsibility to make all products & SKUs available at every relevant shop, through my salesmen.

Making Sure Salesmen are implementing 8 Steps of Sales call during their Sales Call.

Collect Product Complaints, Cooler Complaints if any on daily basis during market visits, along with the samples and forward the same to Manager.

During daily market visits it is my responsibility to satisfy the customers regarding Service Complaint and make positive relationship with customer and adopt measures so that same complaints shall never be registered again.

My prime responsibility to Increase Sales & Profit Volume, Market shares of Assigned Territory and ensure Return on Investment (ROI) for distribution and Make it feasible Brand Handled
