Professional Experience :- Total 12 years Experience As a (Assistant foreman) (desk DCS operation boiler & turbine desk operation CFBC,AFBC and WHRB plants with DCS (make-ABB) presently working with Shree cement Ltd beawar (Raj.) in G.P.P.-1 department. since 10/09/2012 To till date,

1)Boiler,TG commissioning &field Operation/300MW boiler,turbine (turbine 2*150MW Reheater cycle base double exhaust, DFC make)

2)New TG erection & commissioning of 19 MW HP+LP injection (make-Qingdao jieneng steam turbine group co. Ltd- china) in place of 16.2 MW TG due to extra steam generate from WHRB boiler as steam lost in venting .erection & commissioning have a good knowledge of WHRB TG & boiler desk operation.

3)Five boilers (two AQC and three Ph boilers ) operation of the desk from CCR. line charging and steam venting activity for steam temperature riseTG inlet.all boilers HP/LP steam collect in both headers. and have a good knowledge PRDS system,CST,GSC,steam ejector,DPP,ACWP.Cooling tower. Service/instrument air compressor, deaerator and hP/lP chemical dosing system etc.

To ensure the reliable operation of the unit by managing the control desk as per operations systems and SOP.

To ensure the availability of major standby equipment by following proper trial schedule.

To attend to emargencies likes system failure,load throw,station black-out etc.

To ensure adherence to the safety. environment, other statutory norms nad safety of the people and unit through PTW system & strict compliance of SOPs

DCS desk shift operation and shift report preparation turbine and boilers.

Shift operation field and DCS trouble shooting.

Cold,warm,hot, start-up.

Emergency and planned stoppage and emergency handling.

Other Experience :-

Gujarat Ambuja Export Ltd in 2MW captive power plant (make-Triveni) as a turbine operator since 10/10/210 to 05/09/2012. I am also working on operation of turbine (back pressure) with high pressure AFBC boiler (make Cheema) with capacity of 16TPH, outlet pressure 45kg through fully controlling DCS System (make-Yokogawa-3000.)

Vikram cement khor JM ENG..WORKS (Aditya birla group) CFBC all activity handle for boiler and turbine field area 2*130 TPH & 2x23MW .thermal power plant. (HTC-make) field controlled and associated since 28/07/2007 to 30/04/2010.

Knowledge :-

:- I have successfully completed erection & commissioning of 2x23 MW (HTC-Make)

power plant.worked on china turbine and boilers 2*130TPH (DFC-Make) type

condensing.

:- Having knowledge of auxiliaries such as ACC, ACWP, H.P. heater, L.P. heater, C.T.

fan, CEP,GSC, PRDS, and dearator etc.

:- Doing erection of 2x130 TPH lignite base CFBC boiler (dong fang china make)

:- Hands on experience of maintenance & troubleshooting activities for turbine and boiler.

:- Ability to manage the manpower to cope with any type of breakdown in machinery

parts and solve it in an efficient manner.

:- Also have knowledge of belt convening and ash convening system.
